Service Replacement Discretion
Any decision regarding the replacement or substantial re-architecture of delivered digital services is at the sole discretion of the management of Mars Web Solution.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mars Web Solution, its founders, directors, or employees be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with client business performance, hosting downtime, third-party API changes, or search engine algorithm updates.
